Born in Mumbai, raised in Dubai, with schooling in Switzerland and higher education in US, Nishant is truly a global Indian. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing the operations at Avighna India - from overseeing architecture, design and core functions, to driving new acquisitions and devising cutting-edge marketing strategies befitting the Group’s world-class projects.
In the early years of his career, Nishant made his mark as a young professional, working with Citigroup in London, Focus Infomatics in US and ICICI Venture Funds in Mumbai. The exposure equipped him with management tools and his extensive experience in different markets has brought a unique perspective to his work at Avighna. His first project in 2006 - Nishika Terraces, the 18-storey luxury building at Worli, Mumbai, stands as a testament to his professional abilities. The young business leader has spearheaded the transformation of a 6.7-acre land parcel of erstwhile dilapidated tenements into a vibrant neighbourhood of luxury towers and lively spaces that is now Avighna Estate.
Over the years, Nishant has taken key management decisions and displayed strategic leadership in striking collaborative partnerships with some of the world’s best design, architectural and real estate talents, bringing the finest resources for Avighna’s projects.
